Over the past seven years, Tommy has risen through the ranks to become PSWM’s Operations Manager. He’s responsible, detail-oriented, and one of our hardest and fastest workers. He’s even won first place in PSWM’s annual “Olympic” competition two years running. But Tommy’s serious attitude and accomplishments don’t stop him from injecting some humor into situations when it’s least expected. He’s a well-loved member of the team.
When asked why he works for PSWM, Tommy gave an enthusiastic explanation:
I’ve always been a bit of a daredevil that loves being outdoors and working with my hands. I love that no two days here are alike, that no one is looking over my shoulder – and of course, the awesome views. There’s something to be said about looking at the world from atop a perch high above the city, alone with your thoughts… it’s an indescribable experience.
One of the main reasons I decided to come work for PSWM was their safety record and the fact that they had no job fatalities. Ever! This work is actually extremely safe. All it takes is sticking to safety rules and using a bit of common sense.
The pay is generous, benefits are good, and some overtime is available year-round. But most importantly, the thing I enjoy most about my job is the people I work with (and for). I’m a valued member of a fun and innovative team.
Our scratch removal specialist, Colyn came with many years of experience, and he’s constantly seeking to learn and apply new skills in both his personal and professional life. His love of travel broadens his horizons, while surfing gives him the time to decompress and let it all soak in.
Rick is quick to see when a rookie needs help and shares his extensive experience with the team. An avid stock car racer, he spends his weekends adding enhancements to his vehicles when he’s not working to fix up his new home.
Now our part-timer, Matt helps out on the occasional Saturday to keep up his rappelling skills while pursuing his new career at a bio-tech company. For three years, he’s held tight to the title of ping-pong champion at our annual PSWM Olympic games. Any challengers?
With his firefighting background, Justin was a natural fit for high-rise window cleaning. Using his extraordinary organizational skills, he has turned our shop into a fine-tuned machine. When not flying back to Kansas to visit family, Justin can be found snowboarding or pursuing any one of the many outdoor activities found in Washington.
Don’t let Jared’s easy-going manner fool you. He can keep pace with the best, and his keen eye for detail makes buildings shine. Most importantly, Jared has a beautiful, gnarly truck (Can we say 0 to 60 in 1 second flat? Is that even possible?). When not washing his truck, he’s enhancing it. When not enhancing it, he’s looking for his next vehicle to tackle. He’s up to 14 so far.
A devoted father and husband, Jeff’s life can be followed by looking for the latest Seattle Times article. Check out the articles:
Jeff tackles challenges head on, and his friendly, open manner makes every job fun.
Stephen started work with us full steam ahead. He tackles every job we throw at him and comes back for more. As a former bartender, his insight into people helps set everyone around him at ease.
An avid sports fan, Jeremiah knows how to play for the team. With an eye for detail and commitment to quality, his infectious laugh keeps himself and others from taking life too seriously.
Our swing-shift lead, LJ’s organized, no-nonsense approach keeps the interior windows of office buildings around Seattle clean and bright. His friendly manner immediately sets at ease those tenants working late at night. Having the days free gives LJ time to enjoy the outdoors, while the sun is shining in Seattle (or not), and the weekends to pursue his music.
Casey’s prior experience restoring vintage automobiles gives him a keen eye for detail. As a cornerback receiver on the field and a shooting guard on the court, Casey’s athleticism brings a quiet confidence and strength to his work. He easily smoked the competition in the blindfolded flamingo stand, ensuring victory in that category at the PSWM Olympic games this year.

– Irma, Community Association ManagerAnd you are open to looking at other buildings as well, right? I have a ton of properties that are in need of window washing…would love to use your services at other locations.
– Sharon, Property ManagerYour crew did an incredible job yesterday. Their work was outstanding and they were great to be around and to interact with. The residents who were home appreciated their work, as I did. Thank you!
– Mary Ann and Jim, ResidentsWhy have we been hanging precariously from our Costco 2-step ladder trying to reach the tops of the windows the past 5 years??? The window guys were amazing – focused, spotless, efficient. Our windows inside and out have never looked so good, with no effort on our part. I couldn’t believe the gentlemen didn’t leave water drips on the inside ledges or the floor.
– Colin, Community Association & Project ManagerHigh compliments from [our resident] to your team. Thank you for building that relationship.
