As our head trainer and employee with the current longest tenure, Levi’s patience is perfect for working with fresh talent as they grasp the intricacies of squeegeeing. Probably the fastest window cleaner in Seattle, (No joke!), Levi’s insight and integrity push the crew to be the best they can be.
Levi’s sense of adventure brightens the workday, and on most weekends you’ll find him out surfing Washington’s waves. Well-rounded, he is a serious chef and traveler at heart. In fact, Levi recently dined at a Michelin 4 star restaurant in Paris.
When asked why he works for PSWM, Levi thoughtfully responded:
I’ve always been a bit of a daredevil that loves being outdoors and working with my hands. I love that no two days here are alike, that no one is looking over my shoulder – and of course, the awesome views. There’s something to be said about looking at the world from atop a perch high above the city, alone with your thoughts… it’s an indescribable experience.
One of the main reasons I decided to come work for PSWM was their safety record and the fact that they had no job fatalities. Ever! This work is actually extremely safe. All it takes is sticking to safety rules and using a bit of common sense.
The pay is generous, benefits are good, and some overtime is available year-round. But most importantly, the thing I enjoy most about my job is the people I work with (and for). I’m a valued member of a fun and innovative team.
His love of climbing led Jasper to join the PSWM crew where he soared through the ranks to become a lead and our Operations Manager. As a young, outdoor enthusiast in the Sunshine State of Florida, he always arranged his schedule to spend as much time in nature and as high up in elevation as he could. Being able to clean windows and see the beautiful Puget Sound surrounded by mountains has been an incredible experience!
Brian brightens any situation with his cheerfulness and positive outlook. Our night crew rockstar, Brian enjoys the quietness of window cleaning and relishes the satisfying, clean look of a freshly washed window. While dedicated to getting work done fast and efficiently, in his free time you might find Brian gaming with friends, going on a 16-mile run, or training for the next body-building competition.
Need a morale boost? Look no further. With his infectious grin and positive we-got-this attitude, Jahnimor will brighten your day. Hard-working and laser-focused to accomplish a task, this window cleaner most enjoys how the job keeps him fit and the gorgeous views that await him each day.
If you’re faced with a conundrum, Kevin is your guy! A problem-solver who revels in a challenge - just ask him how rock climbing in Yosemite National Park tested those skills. 😊 Kevin’s bright outlook and enthusiasm lifts up the crew, which – by the way – is his favorite reason for working at PSWM.
A jack-of-all-trades, Taylor prints his own car parts, hones his carpentry craft, dabbles in metalworking, and can shape intricate dentures and crowns. That attention to detail and his problem-solving skills make him an excellent window cleaner, resulting in quality work that impresses customers and crew alike.
Already climbing 50-foot trees at 3 years old, Hugo is a natural up on the buildings. The conditioning that happens while window cleaning keeps him in great shape for football and track. With nimble fingers, Hugo plays a mean rendition of Smells Like Teen Spirit on his electric guitar and helps ensure the fix-it pile at the shop is non-existent.
Not satisfied with the height of skyscrapers, Jared is taking it to the next level, training to be a pilot during the day while energizing our night crew with his ready smile and down-to-earth, straightforward manner. With “variety is the spice of life” as his motto, Jared really enjoys how no two days are ever the same, each presenting their own challenges.
You can find him in videos jumping stairs and sliding down rails! Hazen, one of our trusty leads, is also a professional roller blader in his spare time. A father of two bright, beautiful children, Hazen adds encouragement and support to our crew with his can-do attitude and a twinkle in his eye.
Kameron’s love of multi-pitch rock climbing made him a perfect fit for high rise window cleaning. His ingenious solutions for reaching hard-to-access areas have helped the crew out many a time. On the weekends, you’ll find him aloft helping build stages for various events or working out in the gym.

– Sharon, Property ManagerYour crew did an incredible job yesterday. Their work was outstanding and they were great to be around and to interact with. The residents who were home appreciated their work, as I did. Thank you!
– Mary Ann and Jim, ResidentsWhy have we been hanging precariously from our Costco 2-step ladder trying to reach the tops of the windows the past 5 years??? The window guys were amazing – focused, spotless, efficient. Our windows inside and out have never looked so good, with no effort on our part. I couldn’t believe the gentlemen didn’t leave water drips on the inside ledges or the floor.
– Colin, Community Association & Project ManagerHigh compliments from [our resident] to your team. Thank you for building that relationship.
